Welcome to NotMyProblem.org! One of the biggest impediments which prevent civic participation is the overwhelming number of problems to consider. NotMyProblem.org approaches problems by creating tongue-in-cheek solutions. Take any problem--local or global--and create a dollar figure which, if raised, would solve that problem. navigating a convenient, interactive list of local and global social issues, NotMyProblem.org users can "buy" off a problem.
The entirety of the donation goes directly to the appropriate charity and the issue is added to that member's profile page on his or her "not my problem" list. And that's what makes NotMyProblem.org different from a charity: the shamelessly self-glorifying appeal of MySpace.
